Feature Title: Block Items filter

Feature description: So I know we can put items into a filter than use the inverse item filter, but problem with that is that than you cannot filter the items you want, let me give an example, on modded servers when i turn on the esp for all items it shows me "bbp_walls" etc. so i want to remove those and still want to see all the items and want to filter out the ones i want so i can see them easier if that makes sense.
